Pay Rate: $29/hr to $34/hr depending on experience

Hours: Flexible hours anytime Monday through Friday between 7 am and 4 pm (when the office is open)

What You'll Do:

• Maintain accurate general ledger accounts.
• Process payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with tax filings and regulations.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Match transactions in Service Titan.
• Make collection calls.
• Payment of taxes including payroll and end of year taxes.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to provide financial insights.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role, ideally within the construction or HVAC industry.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong understanding of payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger accounting.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
