Job Description :
- Greet guests warmly and with high energy, take orders, and ensure a seamless payment process.
- Craft visually appealing and scrumptious menu options with creative touches.
- Operate and maintain specialized ice cream machinery to ensure a smooth production process.
- Understand the impact of excellent service, high-quality products, and a clean environment on our guests' experience.
- Rotate stock to maintain freshness standards (FIFO- First In, First Out)
- Keep work areas and cooking equipment pristine, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain high sanitation, health, and safety standards in your work areas.
- Be ever-ready to identify and resolve customer requests, ensuring satisfaction.
- Dive into assignments with dedication, contributing to the overall success of Coney's Cones.
- Provide efficient service by delivering products and services that are available for purchase with a friendly touch.
