Overview : Be the welcoming face and voice of our practice! As a Client Care Specialist (CCS), you’ll handle client interactions, manage patient files, and maintain financial records. The Head CCS will also lead the CCS team and oversee front desk operations.
Requirements :
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent; Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience : 3 years in customer service; office experience; animal-related industry and management experience preferred
- Personal : Flexible schedule; quick learner; basic computer skills; ability to lift 30lbs, calming
