Central Animal Hospital is actively seeking an experienced veterinarian technician supervisor. The ideal candidate will be confident working with the veterinarians and leading a team of technicians, comfortable in rooming patients, assisting in surgery, surgery recovery, have experience with proper animal handling and restraint, have knowledge of x-ray and positioning, drawing blood and running bloodwork, able to use laboratory equipment, understands the importance of client education, is a positive and supportive team player, and strives to continue to increase their knowledge in the veterinary industry, encourage the team to do the same and able to remain calm in a high-stress environment. The veterinary industry is constantly advancing and at Central Animal Hospital we support and encourage our staff to do the same. Pay Range: Up to $28 (based upon experience)

Requirements
- 2 years of experience working as a Lead Veterinary Technician
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of tech experience in a vet clinic
- Knowledge of standard industry tools and equipment
- Understanding of animal behavior and healthcare
- Experience with proper animal handling and restraint
- Passion for working with animals and their owners
- Ability to multi-task efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Positive and supportive team player
