Firefighter/EMT: $19.08/hour $57,041/annually
Firefighter/Paramedic $23.60/hour $70,541/annually
Firefighters protect and rescue people from fires and emergencies. They respond to a variety of emergency calls including fires, car crashes, treating the sick and injured, chemical spills, and other potentially hazardous tasks; supporting the fire district's mission and values while serving their community.

All certificates, licenses, and/or registrations must be current at the time of application. Copies of relevant documents demonstrating that the candidate has met minimum requirements must be attached to the application along with video submission.
An eligibility list will be established.
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid Drivers License
- Healthcare Provider Level CPR Certificate
- Arizona State EMT or Paramedic Certification OR current NREMT certification for EMT or Paramedic. Candidate must obtain AZ State certification prior to shift work assignment.
- CPAT Certificate
PREFERRED
- State of Arizona Firefighter I and II Certification or equivalent IFSAC Accredited Firefighter I & II
- Wildland Firefighter Type II*Red Card qualifications minimum HazMat 24-hour Operations*

Pay: $57,041.00 - $70,541.00 per year
