What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Representative position at Central Arizona Supply?
The Inside Sales Representative working out of our N. Phoenix, AZ (Deer Valley) branch is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Central Arizona Supply’s client base. As a trusted advisor, you actively contribute to the company's sales success in a professionally deliberate and quantifiable manner.
Principle Responsibilities:
- Establish knowledge of Central Arizona Supply’s range of products, processes, and capabilities
- Assess, clarify, and validate your clients' needs regarding their plumbing supply needs
- Upsell clients
- Answer all inbound phone calls
- Write up sales orders and quotes
- Follow-up with clients
- Coordinate delivery orders to clients
Essential Requirements:
- 1 years of Inside Sales experience with a plumbing supply company or Counter Sales experience
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Attention to detail & ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- A drive to learn and continually improve sales, business, and interpersonal skills
Salary : $17 - $23
