Lot Attendant

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities while providing exceptional guest services. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering a positive experience for all customers.

Duties

• Greet customers as they arrive and assist with parking their vehicles, including valet parking when necessary.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parking lot and surrounding areas.
• Safely operate vehicles, including manual transmission cars, while adhering to all traffic regulations.
• Assist in managing vehicle flow during peak times to ensure efficient service.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest experience and operational efficiency.
• Perform regular inspections of the lot to ensure safety and security of all vehicles.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Bilingual candidates are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a delivery driver is beneficial.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members in a friendly manner.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 28 per week
