Position Summary:
This position serves as a Commercial Customer product support for customer and employee calls concerning Commercial Products and Services. Onboards Business Customers who enroll in new Treasury Management products and provide support during the onboarding process. Will be responsible for gathering, tracking and analyzing product issues and/or identifying possible areas of improvement. Will be involved in testing product functionality, training, reporting, operational duties and product rollouts as needed.
Responsibilities:
Enhanced level of support for Commercial customers and employee calls concerning Commercial products and services
Responsible for collecting, tracking and reporting product issues and helping identify areas of improvement in products and processes
Participates in the testing and rollout of new and enhanced products.
Provide product onboarding and training to customers remotely.
Works with account billing system to complete operational duties such as - but not limited to - input and setup requests as needed, providing backup to the CBS system
Gathers and analyzes management reporting information on call data and reports findings to management
Resolves service requests and provides highest level of customer support for banks and their customers
Requirements:BS or BA in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
1-3 years of banking experience – experience with Commercial Banking products preferred A knowledge and understanding of technology and Commercial Banking Product trends
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Advanced computer skills specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
