What are the responsibilities and job description for the Credit Analyst position at Central Bancompany?
Responsible for reviewing loans to ensure that acceptable credit standards are maintained and that loans conform to established company policy. Also responsible for conducting relationships and activities consistent with established Bank policies, procedures and systems, the corporate code of conduct, Bank Secrecy Act and all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations.
Develops and analyzes all types of credit information pertaining to diversified types of commercial loans, prepares credit reports for loan officers or committees.
Maintains control over credit requirements of current accounts, furnishes information relative to credit inquiries.
Periodically review all credit, loan and collateral files to ensure that information is current and report results.
Prepares written analyses on large loans, large aggregate lending to one borrower, complex loans, and weak loans.
Assists in the preparation of non-conforming loan reports, etc.
Conducts relationships and activities consistent with established Bank policies, procedures and systems, the corporate code of conduct, Bank Secrecy Act and all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations.
Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism, efficiency and customer service when resolving customer issues.
Attend all required training.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is preferred, but an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be substituted.
Ability to analyze financial statement and loan risk.
Possess good judgment skills. Ability to make decisions within prescribed guidelines, research and solve problems, handle confidential information and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent verbal, listening and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be able to work independently, have a great degree of initiative.
Willingness to assume additional responsibilities/duties/projects as they arise.
PHYSICAL AND SENSORY DEMANDS:
