  • Provide project management support including assisting with proposals, correspondence / documentation, scheduling, and program oversight and maintenance.
  • Assist in managing customer implementations and servicing.
  • Assess business needs, ensure customer satisfaction with overall service and identify product / service recommendations.
  • Effectively analyze and compile data available via system reporting tools to assist management in identifying and mitigating potential challenges or opportunities.
  • Assist in maintaining internal and external marketing collateral and resources.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining procedures and policies for team use.
  • Conducts relationships and activities consistent with established Bank policies, procedures and systems, the corporate code of conduct, Bank Secrecy Act and all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations.
  • Provide accurate, friendly, and professional service to external and internal customers.
  • Demonstrate quality customer service by incorporating Legendary Service Standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study or equivalent commercial banking or treasury management experience.
  • Familiarity of technologies such as Microsoft Office, Web Applications, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize work to meet customer deliverables and internal team needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build effective relationships.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Excellent organizational and listening skills, including oral and written communication and documentation.
  • Good people skills to facilitate interaction with internal team, banks and partners.
  • Demonstrate responsiveness to ensure prompt resolution of issues as they arise.
