Job Description
Under the direction of the Mortgage Systems Manager, setup and maintain the personal construction loans on the mortgage loan origination system.
Collaborate with internal departments including Compliance, Commercial Loan Operations (CLO), Loan Review, and Commercial Loan to ensure proper application of personal construction loan procedures.
Provide support to bank markets to help provide quality processing, underwriting, and production of loan documents in the origination system.
Implement and maintain integrations between the loan origination system (Encompass) and servicing and document storage systems.
Have extensive knowledge of personal construction loan products and procedures to assist in developing and implementing standardized system procedures for personal construction loans.
Analyze user needs as assigned and implement customized enhancements. This activity may include designing rules, running tests, and coordinating end-user sign-off.
Provide quality assurance testing for system enhancements and updates.
Develop system specific training and documentation.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:Minimum 2 years of banking experience in one of the following fields:
- Personal Construction Lending
- Mortgage Lending
- Compliance
College Degree or equivalent experience.
Ability to work with minimal supervision within a structured environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong spreadsheet and word processing skills.
Attention to detail.
This position's working location is open to branch locations within our footprint or hybrid/remote work.
