Requirements:Qualifications:
BS or BA in Computer Science or related field preferred
1 - 2 years working experience in a networked environment preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and attention to detail
A good understanding of the Windows desktop operating system
A good understanding of desktop hardware
A good understanding of TCP/IP protocol
