As a Central Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for facilitating a seamless travel experience for customers from start to finish. You will assist customers in all aspects of travel arrangements, including researching options and accurately explaining destinations, products, services, and cost. Once the customer has decided on a trip, you will be responsible for booking reservations for all facets of their trip and issuing all required documentation, such as ticket, itineraries, and insurance. You will also calculate and prepare invoices and accept customer payments for their trip.
This position is eligible to earn commission, on top of their base pay.
