JOB SUMMARY :

Serves as a specialist for all corporate services products and services, ensuring proper validation of all maintenance, processes new product opening, and fee assignments. Supports the corporate services team, bank staff and end users.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

  • High School diploma or GED; college degree preferred
  • Must have one of the following :

o Proven knowledge of or experience in merchant processing and payment solutions and / or cash management

o 1 years’ banking experience working in relevant areas such as : Card Services, Digital Banking, deposit / loan products or systems

  • 1 years’ professional customer service experience
  • QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIRED :

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven record of attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Proven strength in organizational and time management skills, working well under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • Self-starter with the ability to work without close supervision
  • Proficient in Windows, Word and Excel with technical aptitude to learn new technology
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Access or other database programs desired
  • Solid technical comprehension and problem-solving ability to include troubleshooting technical issues
  • Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license with the ability to travel within designated territory with reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds
  • ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

    1. Works diligently to develop a thorough knowledge of all electronic payment processing products and cash management products and services. Maintains a high level of awareness and understanding of new technologies and competitive processing solutions.

    2. Provides daily support to corporate services customers troubleshooting technical issues and research.

    3. Performs daily verification of previous day’s merchant settlements. Clears and rekeys (if needed) daily rejects, including card activation terminal errors, merchant adjustment re-entries, outgoing / incoming detail re-entries.

    4. Maintains all Commercial Line of Credit deposit system interface. Ensures that all setup documentation including loan documents are received from account officer as required by regulation.

    5. Reviews and prepares paperwork required for any of the following functions : account analysis, account reconciliation, web based automated and custom lock box processing, cash concentration, ACH direct deposit and debit services, on-line wire transfer, sweep account processing, line of credit sweep processing, zero balance account processing, Commercial online banking , file upload, Remote Deposit Capture and Positive Pay service, corporate card system to include the mobile applications and the mobile tokens required for usage.

    6. Completes all ACH, wire and mobile limit adjustments and Same Day ACH requests.

    7. Understands and assists in administering SpendTrack and Expense reporting system, for Corporate Card customers, working with the businesses, Corporate Services officers, other bank employees,

    8. Ensures client satisfaction by responding promptly and positively to customer inquiries and requests. Takes initiative in resolving problems and issues independently or escalating to appropriate personnel.

    9. Assists with proposals and Requests for Proposal (RFPs), with graphics and tables to include formulas, images, design, word processing and assembly as needed.

    10. Processes merchant and cash management product application / contracts for new service requests as well as additions, deletions, upgrades, and changes to any products or services.

    11. Troubleshoots technical calls in multiple customer applications and performs research for clients with product vendor and bank personnel, escalating when appropriate.

    12. Performs on site and virtual client visits when needed to assist sales representative for set-up and training for new products, service calls, or maintenance requests. Calls can lead to referrals for other corporate service or bank product.

    13. Assists with testing, implementation and customer rollout of corporate services products including : setup and implementation of system, training of staff and customers, and documentation of procedures and product features.

    14. Processes monthly fees, account closings, maintains supply inventory. Assists with scanning and verification of imaging documents. Assist with card brand monthly / quarterly reporting documents.

    15. Assists team members in equipment repairs and replacements. Maintains customer files and customer database to include contracts and agreements to ensure proper documentation. Assists with annual pricing changes and mailings to clients. Collects and prepares data for annual contract reviews and renewals, and compilation and distribution of annual profitability report.

    16. Serves as back-up to Corporate Services Specialist and Merchant Services Specialist and performs critical job functions in their absence.

    17. Performs other duties as assigned.
