Responsibilities
- Serves as operator and subject matter expert that supports all aspects of the CBS/Account Analysis billing system.
- Collaborate with Commercial Product Managers to understand account management processes, reporting requirements, and data analysis needs.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of financial systems and processes, including account reconciliation, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate account analysis tasks, such as reconciliation processes and financial close activities.
- Participate in the design, development, testing, and implementation of financial system enhancements and integrations.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of system changes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and support to Market users on new system features, processes, and tools.
- Monitor system performance and data integrity, proactively identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
Qualifications
- BS or BA in Finance, Business, or related field.
- 3 years of banking experience - this experience should include working with Commercial Banking products and sales experience and a broad understanding of Commercial customers’ needs.
- A knowledge and understanding of technology and Commercial Banking Product trends
- Proficient in Excel and other data manipulation tools.
- Basic Microsoft SQL knowledge.
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
