MARKETING AND GRAPHICS DESIGN SPECIALIST

PART TIME - MONDAY - FRIDAY 9:00AM TO 1:00PM

Central Bank seeks a dynamic and organized Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with vendors, employees, and customers to support various marketing initiatives. You’ll play an integral role in enhancing our online and offline brand presence through creative content, event coordination, and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Create engaging and professional content across print, video, and digital channels.
• Utilize graphic design skills to produce high-quality visuals for print, campaigns, and digital ads.
• Write, edit, and proofread content to maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Plan and coordinate events, including parades, customer appreciation events, and sponsorships.
• Oversee the maintenance and updates of Central Bank’s internal employee site (Intranet).
• Collaborate with loan officers to coordinate financing signs for new construction projects.
• Manage the annual Christmas gift process, including budgeting, ordering, and distribution for customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience in social media advertising (Meta Ads) and digital marketing (Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. for event setups.

Compensation:

The wage is negotiable and will be based on experience and skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.50 per hour
