Through the Central Bank Internship Experience, you will gain hands-on experience within the financial industry while growing professionally and having fun on the job. Through a mix of development opportunities, you will learn about the deep history of the Central Bank and the financial industry. You will get to network with bank and community leaders and learn about the diverse career paths Central offers. The summer internship program will be conducted from May through August, with flexibility with start and end dates.
As a Sales Training, you will work with the Retail and Business Banking departments to help create sales trainings. You will conduct observations and interviewing bankers to learn the best practices for sales. You will not need to be a sales expert.

We are looking for students who are active students enrolled in an accredited program, preferably studying accounting, finance, or economics. You will need to have strong written communication skills, great organization and attention to details. We are also looking for students who are problem solvers and who have time management skills.
