Job Functions
Prepare Breakfast and Lunch. Experience in cafeteria cooking is essential. Many food items will be made from scratch. Measuring and reading recipes is crucial.
This position requires heavy lifting, over 50 lbs., walking, and/or standing for long periods. You will be required to manage other employees/student workers. Computer knowledge is necessary. You must know of, but not be limited to, flat-top grills, 6-burner stovetops, fryers, steamers, and steam kettles.
