About The Role
We are currently seeking a Customer Feedback Coordinator to join our Marketing department at The Bedford College Group.
The Customer Feedback Co-ordinator plays a crucial role in managing and improving stakeholder feedback processes across the Group. This includes ensuring timely administration of feedback and complaints, supporting senior leadership with data insights, and contributing to service improvements. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders at all levels.

The Bedford College Group was formed in 2017 following the merger of Bedford College and Tresham College and is now the largest provider of education in the South East Midlands, with over 15,000 students passing through our doors each year.

- Administrative Support - Organize meetings, manage projects, produce reports, and support quality assurance.
- Event Support - Assist at key events like Open Days and Graduation Ceremonies.
- Process Improvement - Contribute to process improvements and explore digital solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Liaise with stakeholders, develop expertise, and collaborate with other departments.
- Education and Experience - Good general education (GCSEs in English and Maths), at least one year of administrative experience, minute-taking, and producing accurate reports.
- IT and Communication Skills - Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), high level of English grammar, effective communication, and proof-reading abilities.
- Work Ethic and Performance - Can-do attitude, ability to manage workload and meet deadlines, high performance, and positive team contribution.
