Description
Central Bethany, an established and growing real estate development and property management company just north of the Beaverton/Hillsboro area, seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to join the Human Resources team! The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the organization, neatness and sanitation of the resident apartments.
Pay: $21.00 - $21.50 per hour
Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm
Shift: Full-time
Main Responsibilities:
- Wipe down various surfaces around the facility
- Clean and sanitize apartments, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and wipe down surfaces to maintain a spotless living space
- Clean mirrors, sinks, showers, countertops, and disinfect as appropriate.
- Ensure apartments are guest-ready or move-in ready for new tenants
- Report all repair items to the facilities supervisor or manager
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Language Requirement
All team members must have the basic ability to use computer/smart phone applications for training and company system purposes. Employees must also be able to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures. Also required is the ability of employees to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management.
