This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lexington, KY for a Help Desk Team Lead. The Help Desk Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the help desk team, managing staff, ensuring timely and efficient technical support, and developing strategies to improve processes. Additional tasks include providing technical assistance and guidance to team members, handling complex technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution.
- Experience in managing and leading a technical support team
