We have an opportunity to join the Alliance as a Behavioral Health Clinical Case Manager (LCSW / LMFT / LPCC) in the Behavioral Health Care Management Department. There are 5 positions available!
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Reporting to the Behavioral Health Manager - Care Management, this position :
- Develops and manages an individualized intervention plan for members referred into the Behavioral Health (BH) Care Management program with the goal of promoting optimal, achievable outcomes in the most cost effective and appropriate manner
- Works in conjunction with the interdisciplinary Care Management team to facilitate quality outcomes across the continuum of care by educating members, providers, external agencies, and internal departments, and providing assistance in navigating the managed care system
- Participates in Quality Improvement efforts, to continually evaluate the Care Management Program's effectiveness and its quality driven, cost-effective, achievable goals and outcomes for Alliance members

Possession and continued maintenance, in good standing, of one of the following licenses issued by the State of California : Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

The actual compensation for this role will be determined by our compensation philosophy, analysis of the selected candidate's qualifications (direct or transferrable experience related to the position, education or training), as well as other factors (internal equity, market factors, and geographic location).

Salary : $88,123 - $141,003
