ABOUT THIS TEMP POSITION

This is a temporary position and the length of assignment is estimated to go through August. The length of the assignment is always dependent on business need and dates may change. While the assignment would be at the Alliance, if selected, you would be an employee of a temporary employment agency that we would connect you with. This is a remote role based anywhere in California.


WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Reporting to the Technology Services Director, this position:


  • Manages, leads and coordinates technical infrastructure work that relates to cross functional reporting and software environment needs in the Information Technology Services (ITS) Division
  • Coordinates and supports regular ongoing ITS operational work
  • Performs multiple high-level technical administrative functions in support of the Technology Services Director and ITS Division

  • Knowledge of:

    • the use of Windows based PC system and a range of software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, TFS and Adobe Acrobat Professional
    • research, analysis and reporting methods
    • current office procedures and familiarity with standard office business practices and general administrative procedures

  • Ability to:

    • produce detail oriented work using strong analytical abilities
    • work with internal web portals (Intranets) for document management, searching, sharing and collaboration
    • ensure high service quality · Ability to define issues, interpret data and define options · Ability to create forms and letters, compile reports and various information regarding business operations, administration and other efforts, as required

  • Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in business or a closely related field and a minimum of eight years of experience in infrastructure-related coordination and planning, preferably in Health Plan technology; (or a Master's degree and six years of relevant experience); or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be qualifying

OTHER INFORMATION

  • We are in a hybrid work environment, and we anticipate that the interview process will take place remotely via Microsoft Teams.
  • While some staff may work full telecommuting schedules, attendance at quarterly company-wide events or department meetings will be expected.
  • In-office or in-community presence may be required for some positions and is dependent on business need. Details about this can be reviewed during the interview process.
  • This is a temporary position and does not provide the benefits that are listed below (it is standard language from our regular job posts and cannot be altered or removed).

The full compensation range for this position is listed by location below.

The actual compensation for this role will be determined by our compensation philosophy, analysis of the selected candidate's qualifications (direct or transferrable experience related to the position, education or training), as well as other factors (internal equity, market factors, and geographic location).
