Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Fresno, CA for a Litigator at CCLS. The Litigator will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks such as legal research, preparing motions, representing clients in court trials, conducting depositions, and advocating for clients' rights within the legal system.
Qualifications
- Legal research, Motions, and Court representation skills
- Trial preparation and execution experience
- Deposition handling expertise
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience in civil rights or public interest law is a plus
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Bar membership in California
