Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Culture: Provide inspirational leadership, motivating and guiding staff toward exceptional performance. Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment that champions compassion, excellence, and innovation.
- Strategic Growth: Collaborate with physicians, hospital administration, and the executive team to enhance oncology services and drive growth in medical oncology, radiation oncology, and advanced treatment modalities.
- Staff Development: Develop staff through mentoring, training, performance evaluations, and professional growth opportunities.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure clinic operations run smoothly with an emphasis on efficient workflows, optimized resources, and patient-centered care. Lead performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Community Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage with the Bolivar community, raising awareness of oncology services and promoting cancer prevention and early detection.
- Compliance & Safety: Foster a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring adherence to all regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Ethical Conduct: Demonstrate integrity and uphold the highest ethical standards in all aspects of clinic management.

Preferred Qualifications
While the following qualifications are ideal, we welcome candidates who bring strong leadership skills and a passion for advancing cancer care:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is preferred. A Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Experience: 3 years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, with oncology experience highly desired. Candidates with a strong background in other areas of healthcare with a passion for oncology are also encouraged to apply.

- Demonstrated leadership ability and a track record of building and morivating high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, with knowledge of financial management, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance being highly desirable.
