Our team is looking to invest in Dietary Professionals by providing opportunities to further your career and the tools and encouragement you need to succeed.

Central Care Solutions is currently hiring experienced Dietary Supervisors for their Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing location.

Duties:

· Supervises and monitors a team of 15 staff members ensuring compliance with all company and DOH policies.

· Monitors and delegates all staff jobs and duties to ensure they are being done properly and in accordance with company expectations.

· Work directly with staff to make sure that all meals start on time and operate smoothly throughout the meal services.

· Assist staff in the cleaning of dishes, pots/pans, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal

· Perform other job-related tasks as they are assigned

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

· 1-2 years of healthcare foodservice experience or 2-3 years banquet/catering foodservice experience

· Ability to read, speak, and understand English, follow directions, and complete tasks

· Ability to interact positively with residents, families, clients, and other personnel in a public setting

· ServSafe Certification preferred or will become ServSafe certified after hired.

· Ability to lift/carry a maximum of fifty pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, bend, and walk for extended periods of time.

· Willingness to help and support dietary department operations
