We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to join our medical surgical team at Central Carolina Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Meet the physical, psychosocial, religious/cultural and educational needs of the patient and family. Communicate effectively with all members of the health care team as appropriate about changes in the patient's condition or response to treatment.
Required Qualifications:
Associate degree is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Registered Nurse in North Carolina is required (or compact state). American Heart Association BLS required. 1 year of RN experience is required.
