Position Summary:
The Health Information Management (HIM) Analyst plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity, quality, and compliance of documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR). This role is responsible for investigating and updating patient accounts, flagging deficiencies, generating daily operational reports, and identifying trends to support policy improvement and compliance. The HIM Analyst also serves as a Super User for the EMR system, assisting users with training, troubleshooting, and system navigation to ensure optimal documentation workflow and resolution of system issues.

Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate’s degree in Health Information Technology or related field required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred
