Job Responsibilities
Under the general supervision of the Industrial Technology Program Manager, perform a pivotal role in shaping our educational programs, enhancing learner engagement, and ensuring alignment with industry standards. Lead the curriculum development process, from initial research and analysis to design, implementation, and ongoing assessment. Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and stakeholders to create comprehensive and inclusive learning experiences. Evaluate and refine existing curriculum materials based on feedback, educational best practices, and evolving industry trends that meets the needs of all learners. Completion and submission of any required documentation upon conclusion. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and be highly proficient in the use of D2L (Brightspace) online computer application.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
A bachelor's degree and experience in curriculum management or development. A master's degree in education may be substituted for the required work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Design, or a related field or 5 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design, with a proven track record of successful program implementation.
