What are the responsibilities and job description for the High School Theology Teacher position at Central Catholic High School?
Central Catholic High School, with over 100 years of graduates, forms young men and women into disciples of Jesus Christ. Located in Toledo, Ohio we are seeking a dynamic, faith-filled Theology Teacher for the 2025-2026 academic year. The preferred candidate is a practicing Catholic and dedicated to Catholic education. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: developing engaging lessons for theology classes; designing curriculum and instructional strategies for students at varying levels; collaborating with colleagues and students on department-wide and inter-department projects; and maintaining positive communication with students, parents, and administration.
Successful candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with a background in Theology, Catechetics, or Evangelization with experience in Education, along with the willingness to support the mission and vision of Central Catholic.
