About Us:
Central 44 is a trusted Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership committed to providing top-tier customer service and high-quality OEM parts. We are looking for a motivated Assistant Parts Manager to join our team and help oversee our growing Parts Department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Parts Manager in daily operations, inventory control, and team supervision.
- Ensure proper stocking, ordering, and receiving of parts.
- Work closely with service and sales departments to fulfill parts requests efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service to retail and wholesale customers.
- Assist in training and mentoring parts department staff.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and orders.
- Monitor and help control department expenses and ensure profitability.
- Stay up to date on CDJR parts and accessories, promotions, and manufacturer guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an automotive parts department (CDJR experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of parts inventory management and ordering systems.
- Leadership skills with the ability to coach and support a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in dealership management software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
