In this exciting role, you will:
- Build lasting relationships with customers and become their trusted advisor for all their Chevrolet needs.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the perfect new or pre-owned Chevrolet vehicle to fit their lifestyle and budget.
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of Chevrolet vehicles with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
- Conduct informative test drives and answer all customer questions with confidence.
- Negotiate sales and financing options, exceeding customer expectations throughout the buying journey.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their complete satisfaction.
- Contribute to achieving dealership sales goals.
We offer a competitive compensation package with on-target earnings between $75,000 - $130,000 annually! This includes a base salary, commission on sales, and a comprehensive benefits package.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience (automotive experience preferred, but not required)
- A genuine passion for the Chevrolet brand and the automotive industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- The ability to build strong relationships and rapport with customers
- A proactive and results-oriented work style
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
