Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our educational team in teaching Kingdom Education. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students, fostering their academic, social and spiritual development. This role requires a commitment to implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles, with a focus on early childhood education principles and classroom management techniques.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the curriculum standards, are biblically integrated and cater to the individual needs of students.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Utilize effective classroom management strategies to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Assess student progress through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and educational administrators to support student development and address any concerns.
- Engage in continuous professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices, including Montessori methodologies when applicable.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
- Experience in early childhood education or elementary teaching is highly desirable.
- Proven ability in classroom management.
