Description
Puentes offers a range of integrated, culturally, and linguistically competent behavioral services to Latino adults. The Puentes Program Manager is responsible for program development, day-to-day supervision, and operations of the Puentes program.
The Program Manager provides clinical supervision and administrative support to the Puentes Clinical Supervisor and works collaboratively with the Puentes Clinical Supervisor to support all the members of the Puentes Multidisciplinary Team on day-to-day operations. The Program Manager has operational leadership responsibility for team performance, program outcomes, and leading improvement projects.
The Puentes team has a culturally specific clinical focus on the Latino community. The Puentes Team delivers culturally and linguistically appropriate outpatient behavioral services for the Latino community. All these services will promote the emotional well-being, mental health, and recovery of enrolled individuals for the purposes of promoting stabilization, engagement, and a stronger foundation of sustained recovery and self-sufficiency.
The Puentes Program Manager will work closely with the Sr. Director of Culturally Specific Services and Programs to ensure oversight of daily onsite tasks and workflows. Coordinate and collaborate with community partners. Assure that services are being delivered by the team in a culturally specific, linguistically competent, and trauma-informed manner.
Central City Concern is hiring a Program Manager for our Puentes Latino Culturally Specific Program!
Schedule : Monday- Friday 8 : 30am-6 : 00pm
Salary Starting at : $101,000
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bilingual Spanish / English required.
- Must be registered with appropriate OR State licensing board to meet, at minimum, QMHP- R certification.
- Masters Degree and 2 years of supervisory / management experience in related clinical or BH setting
- Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of supervisory / management experience in related clinical or BH setting
- Associates Degree and 4 years of supervisory / management experience in related clinical or BH setting
- CADC-II preferred.
- On track for LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), and / or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) preferred.
- Experience delivering culturally specific and language appropriate behavioral services to the Latino community.
- Must be able to proficiently use the following computer programs : Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; Electronic Health Records is desirable.
- Must meet CCC privileging requirements as required by FTCA.
- Current CPR certification required prior to start.
- Must possess a current driver's license, pass a DMV background check and be designated an "acceptable" driver as outlined in Central City Concern's Fleet Safety Policy. Must pass an initial driver training and annual recertification training. Must maintain vehicle insurance coverage of a minimum of $100,000 / $300,000 personal auto liability coverage.
- Will be required to carry an agency cell phone for work use. Cell phone will be provided by Central City Concern.
- Ability to adhere to Central City Concern's drug-free workplace which encourages a safe, healthy and productive work environment and complies with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988. An employee shall not, in the workplace, unlawfully manufacture, distribute, dispense, possess or use a controlled substance or alcohol.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, TB test, and background check. This includes clearance by the DHS Background Check Unit.
