- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of high-level executive assistant experience required.
- Must possess and maintain a current Michigan Driver’s License required. Demonstrated ability to follow State of Michigan driving laws, evidenced by an insurable driving record and must possess own reliable vehicle with certificate of current insurance required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
- Knowledge of office practices, procedures and equipment, correct grammar usage, spelling, and punctuation (both orally and in writing), composition of business letters, minutes, reports, charts, and numerical and tabular material.
- Possesses the ability to prioritize daily tasks, anticipate executive needs and propose proactive solutions; maintains composure during stressful situations occurring as a result of workloads and/or deadlines.
- Considerable knowledge of the techniques of receiving calls, making appointments, giving information, and explaining instructions and guidelines. Ability to communicate effectively with others including internal and external partners.
