Other duties may be assigned Requirements - Maintenance / Groundskeeper / Handyman : Groundskeeper, maintenance, handyman experience is preferred Able to stand, bend, or kneel repetitively for extended periods of time Must be dependable and able to lift and / or carry 40 lbs.
