Overview :
Identify new or expanded services for clients, provide behavioral health trainings to JFS caseworker staff, provide / coordinate child welfare training for provider agencies and other identified programs, develop relationships with community providers to allow for ongoing system / program improvements and enhancement, develop relationships with identified key stakeholders to ensure timely access of services and appropriate service delivery, provide case consultation to JFS caseworkers, Reading Rd. staff, and other identified parties. Maintain knowledge of current research and trends on behavioral health and child welfare. Supervision of TSCPT, Care managers, CAN’s assessor, and peer supporter.
Minimum Qualifications Required :
Bachelor’s degree in a mental health related field with licensure and experience in behavioral health and / or child welfare. Ability to professionally represent FAIR and HOPE in training and educational settings to multidisciplinary groups in behavioral health and child welfare.
Preferred Qualifications :
Master’s degree, independent licensure, experience in program operations, experience in education and training.
