Summary
We are looking for an organized, hard working, and an enthusiastic candidate to join our team. The Paint Store Clerk is responsible for many duties related within the company’s automotive paint store.
Responsibilities
- Greet Customers, answer phones, and respond to customer emails.
- Take the customer’s paint orders
- Provide Excellent professional customer service
- Invoice customer orders manually into our invoicing software (Sage 50)
- Accept and apply multiple types of payments (Credit Cards, Cash, and Open accounts)
- Run monthly statements for balances owed.
- Place vendor orders for paint store supplies as needed.
- Occasionally, inspect incoming shipments of products from delivery trucks for paint store products
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience/Skill
- Must be able to lift 30lbs
- Excellent Customer Service/Effective communication
- Bilingual
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Some Saturday's required (8:30am-1:00pm)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.50 per hour
