Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a smooth flow of communication and information.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks including document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Support office management tasks as needed to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide bilingual support when necessary to assist diverse clientele.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
