General Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Capture high-quality photos of both interiors and exteriors.
- Direct and shoot during photo sessions.
- Collaborate closely with clients during shoots.
- Communicate effectively with the team.
- Upload raw photos and video clips on the same day via Dropbox.
- Ensure all projects are completed within set deadlines.
- Meet all deliverables and tasks for each appointment.
- Punctuality is essential; team members are expected to be on time.
- Treat clients' homes with the utmost respect, as if they were your own.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a personable and professional photographer to join our team in Central Coast, California. Experience is not required; all you need is a camera and a willingness to learn from the owner. A background or interest in real estate photography or videography is a plus.
Your main responsibilities will include arriving on time and presenting yourself professionally, capturing and selecting property photos, and uploading them to our system. Editing is handled by our in-house team, so no worries there. Additionally, all booking, scheduling, client relations, and billing will be managed by us.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 20 per week
