Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Title Manager to lead our team in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of the legal and real estate sectors. This role requires a proactive approach to managing operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. The Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing daily activities while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the title search team.
  • Manage and support staff, providing guidance and training as needed to enhance performance.
  • Conduct research related to real estate law and title processing to support client needs.
  • Understand title search requirements.
  • Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall service delivery.
  • Full understanding of property descriptions, chain of title issues, and be able to problem solve on complicated land description disputes.
  • Utilize variety of systems and workflows to solve and search properties as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within a law office or real estate environment (10 years).
  • Strong research skills with the ability to analyze complex information effectively.
  • Familiarity with title search software such as iCounty.
  • Knowledge of title processing procedures and real estate law is highly desirable.
  • Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $81,750.00 - $110,000.00 per year
