Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the title search team.
- Manage and support staff, providing guidance and training as needed to enhance performance.
- Conduct research related to real estate law and title processing to support client needs.
- Understand title search requirements.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall service delivery.
- Full understanding of property descriptions, chain of title issues, and be able to problem solve on complicated land description disputes.
- Utilize variety of systems and workflows to solve and search properties as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within a law office or real estate environment (10 years).
- Strong research skills with the ability to analyze complex information effectively.
- Familiarity with title search software such as iCounty.
- Knowledge of title processing procedures and real estate law is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
