Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a senior counselor or specialty director at a licensed day or resident camp.
- At least 1 year of post-high school education in a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to create, schedule, organize, and implement daily camp activities, special events, and staff training.
- Strong initiative, communication, and leadership skills to manage large and small groups effectively.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Observant, safety-conscious, and capable of responding quickly to emergencies.
- Experience in a wide range of physical activities with the ability to instruct and support camp staff.
- Valid CPR / AED, First Aid, and O2 Administration certifications required.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record preferred.
- Completion of mandatory new employee trainings and department onboarding.
