Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute effective lesson plans for diverse student abilities.
- Monitor student progress and set achievable performance goals.
- Communicate with students and parents to ensure a positive learning experience.
- Manage class logistics, including attendance, announcements, and studio setup / cleanup.
- Organize and participate in special dance events, workshops, and performances.
- Select appropriate music and choreography for various age groups and dance styles.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the YMCA's mission and values.
- Collaborate with staff and attend meetings as needed.
