The Central Connecticut Coast Y is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Administration team. This full-time, exempt position plays a key role in supporting the mission of the Y by ensuring accurate financial management, compliance, and internal controls. Reporting to the Controller, the Senior Accountant oversees a range of accounting functions including general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, financial reporting, fixed asset tracking, audit support, and more.
This is a high-functioning, independent role ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit. The Senior Accountant will serve as a liaison across departments, working closely with branch leadership and other Association departments to maintain fiscal integrity and transparency.
