About CCSU’s Technical Operations Division
The Facilities Management Department is responsible for the maintenance of all facilities, grounds, and services to support the academic and administrative needs of the University. We are committed to both building and maintaining an environment that meets the needs and expectations of our entire campus community. Within this, the Technical Operations area provides support services for the campus including Event Logistics, Copy Center, and the Mail Room.
Position Profile
The Administrative Faculty Trainee will support the Technical Operations area in several capacities including operation of copy machines, filling customer requests, scheduling, and maintaining inventory and records. Other duties will be as assigned.
Weekend and evening work is occasionally required

Education:
All applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Ideal Candidate
Preference will be given to applicants with the following:
- Familiarity with copy center operations
- Familiarity with Papercut software system
- Knowledge of duplicating and finishing equipment and software.

Compensation and Employee Benefits
The Administrative Faculty Trainee is compensated at the ADM I salary level in accordance with the State University Organization of Administrative Faculty (SUOAF) Collective Bargaining Union Agreement.
