What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Office Purchasing and Project Manager position at Central Construction Industries?
Experience in the construction industry strongly preferred. Knowledge of prevailing wage, contract billing and contract record keeping a big plus. This person will also assist with estimating, purchasing and scheduling tasks. Must have the ability to effectively communicate with vendors and subcontractors. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to perform data entry, expediting purchases and submittal procedures.
