- Certification in water fitness instruction or related field required.
- At least one year of group exercise experience preferred.
- Must possess the ability to demonstrate and instruct proper fitness techniques.
- Passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a diverse community setting.
- Must obtain YMCA Healthy Lifestyles certification within 60 days of hire.
- Valid CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required within 60 days of hire.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays.
As a Water Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for leading aquatic fitness classes, ensuring participant safety, and fostering a supportive community within our organization.
