What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aesthetician position at Central Dermatology Center PA?
Include but are not limited to:
- Arrive fifteen (15) minutes prior to scheduled work time.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and training as necessary
- Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management
- Ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the spa.
- Ensure that clients feel welcome when they arrive for their appointments.
- Maintain spa appearance and cleanliness as well as stock and maintain treatment room.
- Promote and sell products and services and recommend retail products for clients at home use.
- Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures.
- Assess any skin problems or conditions, and suggest appropriate therapy based on the current health of the client.
- Maintains and increases knowledge of product line, and skin/body treatments through education/training classes.
- Perform skin care treatments such as facials, chemical peels, consultations, laser treatments microneedling, and microdermabrasion.
- Assist spa in activities such as staff meetings, promotions, and open houses (yearly open house per office location worked, may require working after hours for that day)
