Director of Clinical Operations

Central Dermatology Management Group, LLC
Chapel Hill, NC Full Time
POSTED ON 2/8/2025
AVAILABLE BEFORE 4/8/2025

Central Dermatology Center (CDC) is the largest privately held, physician-owned, multi-site group dermatology practice in central North Carolina. In a health care environment where decisions involving patients are made increasingly by corporate interests that are far removed from the connection between patients and those who provide care, CDC has grown its footprint with provider-directed initiatives to improve care and patient experience. You will be joining CDC at an exciting time as we extend our clinical access and services in our commitment to provide medical care and esthetic services across the life spectrum.

The Director of Clinical Operations (DCO) will oversee every touch point of the clinical delivery of care according to the mission of Central Dermatology Center. The DCO will work closely with those who control non-clinical patient touch points, including directors of administrative services and billing, to ensure that the entire patient experience is optimal. The DCO will directly manage clinical workflows, staff, and site supervisors while ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and staff development. Working alongside the CEO and CFO, the DCO will work to increase productivity and limit costs in order to maintain a sustainable and profitable practice.
