We are currently seeking a Service Advisor to be part of our extremely busy shop! At Central Diesel, we prioritize shop culture, continued training, & great quality work. We are a family-owned heavy-duty truck & trailer repair shop located right along the Missouri river! Duties
Handle customer phone inquiries in a friendly and professional manner so that the customer brings their vehicle to the shop.
Greet customers
Listens to, understands, and acknowledges customers and their concerns.
Performs a visual inspection of the vehicle to understand the customer's concerns.
